I’m a proud Black Ethiopian woman who was born in Amman, Jordan, grew up in the disinvested communities of Regent Park & Scarborough.
I’m blessed to be the mother of a teen boy, the former owner of Juici Yoga studios, a yoga & meditation teacher, a Lululemon Ambassador, a Holistic Life Coach, Reiki Master, singer, songwriter and poet.
